Shipping policy

Free Insured & Tracked Shipping

Every PurrPen order ships for free, fully insured and with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Including processing, most orders arrive within 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches your door.

Lost or damaged packages

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at hellopurrpen@gmail.com and we'll reship your order or refund you in full.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
